Resumen:
Abstract?Motor control strategies are movements performed by different body segments to allow the center of mass to remain contained within the base of support, in a dynamic or static position, and thus preserve the postural balance. Patients who have suffered a stroke have motor dysfunctions that seriously affect the movements of body segments leading to an alteration in motor control strategies, using compensation mechanisms to maintain balance and perform various activities with their body. In the present work, the movements of different body segments in post-stroke patients during the execution of a rehabilitation activity using a virtual environment were analyzed, with the aim of comparing the compensation mechanisms with respect to a healthy subject. Keywords?Rehabilitation, Stroke, Motor control
