Resumen:
This paper presents the design and implementation of an EMG sensor for a wearable multi-channel biopotential acquisition system. The proposed sensor includes a reference and driven-right-leg circuit with components that limit the direct and alternating currents separately to comply with the international standard IEC 60601-1 while still achieving a high interference rejection, considering the number of channels of the system. Experimental measurements of gain, common-mode rejection and noise were made, along with electromyogram recordings. In addition, bench tests were carried out that verify the limits of the currents in single-fault condition
