In this letter, we reported our experience regarding informaticsnephrology during the last 17 years (1998?2014)in our Nephrology Division of Hospital Italiano de BuenosAires (HIBA), Argentina, focused this inform in sixdomains: electronic medical record (EHR), data warehouse(DW), multimedia electronic record (MER), personalhealth record (PHR), clinical decision support systems(CDSS), and tele-monitoring (TM) .
