Educación, Tecnologías y Comunicación popular, comunitaria y alternativa. Una revisión cartográfica-conceptual en revistas latinoamericanas.

El presente trabajo intenta articular los campos de la Comunicación Popular, Alternativa y Comunitaria con el de Educación y el de Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación o TIC. El cruce conceptual propuesto tiene una perspectiva político-crítica en el que se profundiza la construcción social, territorial y cultural desde un espacio académico formal como el de las revistas científicas, que concebimos desde la premisa que el desarrollo científico y académico no debe separarse de las problemáticas sociales que investiga, sino involucrarse ?con? ellas. Se trabaja el análisis cartográfico conceptual, en particular a través del software específico (QDMiner), en artículos científicos atravesados por problemas que refieren a los campos mencionados. El buceo cartográfico se realiza en artículos previamente seleccionados de la red REDALYC; en ellos se establecen relaciones, conexiones y diferencias conceptuales. Se construye un nuevo tejido conceptual que permite un meta-análisis reflexivo y, por ende, construir nuevas interpretaciones y categorías en torno al cruce actual teórico-investigativo entre la educación, las tecnologías y la comunicación en clave de las culturas y las comunidades. This paper seeks to articulate the fields of Popular, Alternative and Communitary Communication along with those of Education and Technology or ICT. The proposed conceptual crossover has a critical-political perspective, elaborating upon the social, territorial and cultural construct from a formal academic standpoint -such as that of scientific journals- on the premise that scientific and academic development should not be separated from the social issues they investigate, but rather get involved with them. Cartographic and conceptual analysis of scientific papers containing the issues related to the referred fields was carried out especially through a specific software (QDMiner). Cartographic mining was performed on articles which were previously selected by the REDALYC network, and in which conceptual relations, connections and differences were established. A new conceptual weaving was constructed, enabling a reflexive meta-analysis and hence the creation of new interpretations and categories regarding the current academic-theoretical crossover between Education, Technology and Communication, in terms of community and culture.
