Resumen:
Some scholars have understood the Transcendental Pragmatic of Karl-Otto Apel as a linguistic and pragmatic transformation of Johann G. Fichte´s philosophy. The aim of this paper is to show that this interpretation confuse the subjective intention with transcendental knowledge. The paper begins with a reconstruction of some aspects of this interpretation. After that, is examined an argument against the Transcendental Pragmatic based on this interpretation. The conclusion is that a strict reflection on the speech acts of this argument allows to explain the difference between subjective intention and transcendental knowledge.
