Are the Precise Values of the Scan Minimum Meaningful?

We study the dependence of the cumulative binomial probability P on three groups of pa- rameters: 1) the size of the sample, which is equivalent to following its time evolution, together with different scan parameters. 2) the influence of the uncertainties in the reconstructed angles and energy, as well as the different models for the Lateral Distribution Function (LDF) used in the CDAS reconstruction pipe, and 3) the contribution of different regions of the space, like shells of fixed redshift and 2D regions of the celestial sphere.
