Resumen:
Using ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) at Q-band (v = 34 GHz) and DC magnetization measurements we have studied the magnetic behavior of a Fe/Fe-SiO2/Ni80Fe20 trilayer system as a function of the granular spacer thickness and the Fe volume concentration of the spacer. The hysteresis loops can have one or two step reversal process depending on the magnitude of the exchange field, HE, between the continuous FM layers. In a series of selected samples we have been able to estimate the values of HE from the FMR data. These values are always positive (indicating FM coupling) and are in reasonably good agreement with those reported in similar systems. We have found that the interaction increases with the Fe volume concentration and decreases with the thickness of the granular spacer.
