Resumen:
Inquilinus limosus, with a remarkable antimicrobial multiresistant profile, is increasingly isolated in cystic fibrosis patients. We report the draft genome sequence of the strain MP06, which may be interesting to elucidate the associated mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in I. limosus and to understand its persistence in airways of these patients.
