Resumen:
The adsorption of superfluid $^4$He confined into cylindrical pores of alkali metals is illustrated by looking at the case of Na. A density functional formalism is utilized for theoretical description. The energetics and density profiles are determined as a function of the radius of cylinders and the filling fraction. These results are compared with those provided by the simple model recently proposed.
