Resumen:
Catalysts and pure phases were Characterized using XRD, 3´P MS.NMR and XPS techniques. The catalysis always showed Ihe XRD paltems of vanadyl (V(N)) pyrophosphate, while the presence of V(v) phases was detected from the 3´P specha The XPS results did not exclude the existence of low concentrations of V(v) surface cenbes. The best caIalysts contained traces of V(v) compounds.
