Resumen:
In this work, measurements of the Kα line from pure samples (Z=20, 22, and 23), using synchrotron radiation of different energies, were carried out. Experimental evidence of the presence of double K holes and their effects on x-ray-fluorescence spectra is reported. The influence of multielectron transitions in calculations related to spectrochemical analyses is discussed.
