Resumen:
High quality epitaxial ƒÂ-MoN thin films have been synthesized for the first time by a polymer-assisted deposition process. The formation of epitaxial and single phase ƒÂ-MoN on c-cut Al2O3 has been confirmed by both XRD and TEM.  The ƒÂ-MoN film shows a superconducting transition temperature of 12.85 K and a transition width of 0.3 K. Such an epitaxial film exhibits an Hc2 of 6.0 T and an Hirr of 5.0 T at 4.2 K, and a Jc of 2.5~106 A/cm2 at 6.5 K under a field of 100 Oe.
