Resumen:
Eanminonas may be prodrug realising via proton catalyzed hydrolisis a primary amine, which may be an actual drug. The prototype enaminone: 2-propenal-3-amina has been subjected to quamtum chemistry studie. Its varius tautomers and their conformers were investigated in a searcch for the most likely reactive form. protonation study revealed the order of basicity: O>N>C for favorable site of protation.
