Resumen:
The electrodeposition of polymeric films of a fluorene-bridged dicarbazole monomer containing linear polyfluorinated side chains is here investigated, with regard to the use of on-site electrochemically generated gas bubbles from hydrazine or water as soft template agent. The interconnected effects of the bubbles precursor and electrochemical parameters employed on the morphology and water wettability properties of the electrodeposited films are demonstrated. The use of N2H4 as a gas precursor proved to be a versatile, complementary alternative to water, which allows a finer tuning of the electrodeposited polymer film morphology.
