Resumen:
From the study of a confined fluid, using van der Waals approximations for theHelmholtz energy, the enthalpy of vaporization, Boyle temperature, specific heat,Gay-Lussac cooling effect and Joule-Thomson inversion temperature are derived. The particles interact via a Lennard-Jones potential and the wall of the nanometric capillar is neutral. It is shown that the confinement gives lower values of those quantities, when comparison is done with the bulk properties.
