Resumen:
Colloidal core shell structures have broad applications in optical device, catalysis and smart reinforces. In this context the synthesis of multilayer hierarchical colloidal structures stands out as chemical and physical responsive units. Briefly, silica nanoparticles were obtained using Stobers method with multiple mesoporous shell layers. Controlling synthesis variables we were able to tailor the layer thickness and chemical composition.
