Resumen:
2,7-cetyloxy-3,6,10,11-tetra(hexyloxy)triphenylene was synthesized and characterized by NMR spectra, FT-IR spectra and elemental analysis. The 2,7-acetyloxy-3,6,10,11-tetra(hexyloxy)triphenylene was then polymerized with 2,7-carboxydecyloxy-3,6,10,11-tetra(hexyloxy)triphenylene and the resulting copolymer was characterized by FT-IR, DSC and NMR spectra to analyze the polymer s structure and liquid crystalline properties
