Resumen:
The comprehension of the magnetic properties of hybrid nanostructures, built of magnetic and semiconducting materials is crucial for the design of new spintronics devices. The magnetism of these structures lay on the magnetic coupling across semiconducting barriers, the magnetism at the ferromagnetic(FM)/ semiconductor(SM) interfaces  and the bulk and interface anisotropies of the magnetic layers. We have focused our work in the subject on two different structures: one of them, built with conventional 3d metals as ferromagnetic electrodes while the other one used instead magnetic semiconductors (MSM) as spin-polarized current source. In this talk, I will present some recent results of the magnetic properties of MSM films and FM/SM multilayers, obtained from Ferromagnetic Resonance (FMR) experiments and magnetization measurements. FMR is one of the most used tool to study the magnetic properties of films and multilayers,  due to its high sensitivity to very small amount of material being capable to identify magnetic ions in different environments and materials with different anisotropies.
