Resumen:
A new nematode species, Pudica ctenomidis n. sp., found in the small intestine of C. talarum from Argentina is described. The new species more closely resembles P. pujoli Durette-Desset 1990, parasite of Microcavia niata Thomas from Bolivia. It can be distinguished by the number of ridges of the synlophe, the spicular morphology, symmetrical caudal bursa, both ray 9 and 10 different in length andcuticular expansion surrounding body between vulva and anus.
