The Argentinean consortia of agricultural production (some in the form of “culture’s pools”) are increasing their presence in Uruguay in the last 5 years. These consortia develop a mode of productive organization based on networking of actors, linked by financial logics and agricultural production units, which are often rented. The articulation of these new productive methods with the traditional agricultural forms revives the land issue and creates local impacts of different nature
