This work presents a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model to supportthe planning and development in Entre Ríos Province of the biofuels supply chain fromthe reutilization of the residues coming from the wood industrialization. The main goal isto maximize the Net Present Value along a planning horizon of 20 years. The applicabilityand useful of the optimization model are demonstrated through the resolution of a casestudy considering the infrastructure on which forestry-industrial activity is developed inour country.
