Epithermal mineralization in Ea. La María, Deseado Massif, Santa Cruz, were studied. The area is integrated by many volcanic-pyroclastic units of Bahía Laura Group, and Tertiary-Quaternary basalts. There are many evidences of hydrothermal activity: quartz veins, silicified breccias, silica caps ans siliceous sinter. In many cases are accompained by anomalous precious metals and Hg, Tl and As values. These facts would reflect a structural high position of this mineralization in the low sulfidation epithermal system.
