Protesta social y ciudadanía fragmentada

Resumen: El trabajo reúne una serie de reflexiones alrededor de las llamadas nuevas formas de protesta social en la Argentina de los últimos años. La temática debe inscribirse en la tradición intelectual y la vasta literatura existente en lo que respecta a los estudios sobre movimientos sociales y participación social en el escenario latinoamericano, aunque advirtiendo que en el presente la dinámica social incorpora algunas particularidades. En este sentido, ¿cómo analizar las formas de acción colectiva y la definición de bien común en el marco del pasaje hacia un nuevo modelo societal caracterizado por una dinámica de polarización que multiplica las desigualdades e implica un aumento de las distancias sociales?, ¿en qué medida la crisis latinoamericana, que en parte se explica por la reestructuración de la economía mundial, ha modificado el comportamiento del Estado y de los  actores socio-políticos?, ¿cómo se construye un nuevo consenso y hegemonía cuando se encuentran en tensión fuerzas incluyentes y excluyentes, en aumento el descrédito de las instituciones y los partidos políticos, y se asiste a una transformación del patrón estatal del desarrollo, desde un modelo bienestarista-populista? Palabras-clave:  representación política, protesta social, populismo, desempleo, ciudadanía fragmentada Summary:             This work gathers a series of reflections about the so called new forms of social protests  in  the Argentina of the last years. The thematic should  be registered in the intellectual tradition and the vast existent  literature on social movements and social participation studies en the Latin American scenario,  although noticing that in the present the social dynamics incorporates some new particularities. In this sense, how to analyze the forms of  collective action and the social definition of common good in the frame of a transition to a new social order, characterized by social polarization that multiplies the  inequalities and it implies an increase of the  social distance?, in what measure  the  Latin American crisis, that partly is explained by the restructuring of the global economy, has  it modified  the behavior of the State and of the socio-political actors?, how is it built a new consensus and hegemony when the tension between  inclusion-exclusion forces increases,  as well as  the discredit of the institutions and the political parties, and when we assist to a transformation of the state pattern of the  development, from a welfare-populist model?
