In our laboratory, we have previously studied the role of phospholipase-mediated signaling in different models of neuronal injury. In this work, our aim was to characterize the effect of wild type α-synuclein (WT α-syn) overexpression on phospholipase D (PLD) pathway in a human neuroblastoma cell line.
