Resumen:
Gynecomastia in boys with Peutz-Jegherssyndrome and Sertoli cell tumors of gonadalorigin results from increased estrogen productiondue to increased aromatase activity withinthe testicular tumor. We present a prepubertalboy with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, gynecomastiaand bilateral neoplastic Sertoli cell proliferationin whom the only abnormal hormonal profilewas increased concentration of inhibin Β andPro-α C in serum.
