Resumen:
The NANOPROJECT is a collaborative effort of researchers and students from the Physics Department at the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Technology and the Argentina?s National Research Council to develop and perform state-of-the-art contributions to the semiconductor nanotechnology field. The Nanoproject group investigates mainly on topics of ZnO nanostructures and ZnO nanowires and related materials, different forms of growth of the nanostructures, luminescence studies, photoluminescence, surface correlated photoluminescence, impedance spectroscopy of nanowire solar cells, electrophoretic and sol-gel deposition, nanophotonics and nanoplasmonics, biosensors and organic/inorganic hybrid interfaces, photosensitized ZnO nanowire electrodes for Graetzel solar cells, synthesis of thin films of NixZn1-xO by dip-coating, luminescent Si nanostructures, among others.
