The description of the transmission of a virus, the monitoring of the number ofinfections, are fundamental metrics in the pandemic situation. With SARS-COVID-19,the health system runs the risk of collapse, and that health personnel may not be able torecord information correctly given their health care responsibilities. To the previousdelays, inefficiencies can be added in the stages of validation and organization of theinformation by the authorities that further delay decision-making. A series of tools tosupport decisions is presented, which integrates from the acquisition and ordering ofdata to the generation of epidemiological models for prediction.
