Resumen:
A DNA microarray experiments involves, among other things, verification of the quality of the chips, processes of the data and statistical analysis to answer biological hypotheses. While these situations can be addressed by different tools, they require different skills and infrastructure, not always available in local research teams. We proposed a storage and management platform and a processing pipeline for DNA microarray experiments.
