Vav proteins are Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factors with rolesin physiological and pathological processes. The three members ofthis family normally show functional redundancy and are associat-ed with proactive functions in cancer, but their role in melanomawas poorly explored. We aimed to characterize by bioinformatic ap-proaches processes differentially regulated by each member of thisfamily in melanoma.
