Resumen:
The construction of hybrid materials from metal cations and organic multifunctional anions is an area of great activity. Open structures with pores of great size and supramolecular assemblies of varied dimensionality can be achieved, where inorganic networks of different dimensions can be build. When metal cations  are magnetic the magnetic properties of the obtained material may depend either of the geometry of the super-exchange paths connecting them as well or of the dimension inorganic network. To investigate influence of the thermodynamic conditions of synthesis on the  structural and magnetic properties of two Holmium succinates we performed single crystal X ray diffraction and AC susceptibility studies. The results of the invetsigation are presented here
