Resumen:
In this Research work it was showed the development of different Silica Nanocomposites for bacteria labelling based on non-covalent interactions by targeted chemical surface modifications. These Nanocomposites were gold Core-shell and Silica nanoparticles with variable Enhanced Luminescent properties based on Metal Enhanced Fluorescence (MEF) and Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) pathways. In this manner it was evaluated their interactions and Bioimaging generation.
