Resumen:
In this presentation it is afforded to the discussion about the design of Nano-Optical Nanoplatforms based on organic and inorganic materials. Thus, it is presented varied potential Nanoarchitectures as well as already recent achieved Nanostructures. In this context, studies and perspectives are discussed how by joining Optical active and non-Optical active materials could be obtained targeted functional Nanoparticles. Thus, it is presented Ultraluminescent gold Core-shell Nanoparticles based on Metal Enhanced Fluorescence (MEF) and Enhanced Plasmonics (EP) phenomena. Moreover, it is discussed about the incorporation of Carbon based materials such as Graphene in order to tune surfaces, Optical properties and new applications by varied Energy Transfer phenomena. Thus, it is shown chemical modifications for targeted applications such as Nano-Imaging, Bioimaging and Single Molecule Detection (SMD) applications. Therefore, from single Optical active Nanoplatforms and controlled Nano-assemblies within colloidal dispersions are presented modifications of surfaces and substrates with high potential perspectives within the design of Nano-, Microdevices.
