Resumen:
In this On Line forum it will be introduced insights of the design and synthesis of gold Core-shell Nanoparticles with different chemistries in order to accomplish targeted functions. In this context it is afforded from the synthesis and characterization towards advanced approaches for Biodetection, such as Escherichia Coli; and for Light Delivery applications within unicellular micro-organisms.Further perspectives are of interest to discuss focusing on the application of Nanotechnology for Biophotonics and Nanomedicine.
