Resumen:
Origin of Life is related with the concept of proto-chemistry and molecular organization in different media in an incipient earth media. However this field it is just not only attached to the origin of earth and materials available from the origin, even taking into account the Big-Bang theory and continuous expansion, but also include the arrival of extra-terrestrial material as meteorites charged with organic and inorganic material to the earth planet. Actually, this phenomenon is studied by the Canadian Aerospace Agency, NASA (National Aerospace Agency) and ESA (European Space Agency). So, based on the material, energetic resources, and environmental conditions it is proposed models of proto-unities of life with many functionalities which they could be the origins of the different functionalities of the cell in our body. For this reason it should be done a retrospective analysis of the functionalities and biochemistry complexity and availability of materials in proto-conditions. In the present article it is discussed about the initial available organic and inorganic materials, molecular assemblies, proto-chemistry, developments of new concepts and fields in Research within Origin of Life, Synthetic Biology and new synthetic trends in Biotechnology Research and applications.
