Resumen:
We determinated the effectiveness of the photodynamic process in vitro of tumor cells models -HeLa- using a nonlaser light source of 400 nm ± 7 nm and compared it with the previously obtained with a 637 nm ± 8 nm LED lamp. From these results we consider the possibility of transferring to human therapeutic the application of PDT, using a 400 nm illumination, to treat most of the superficial skin diseases such as Actinic Keratosis and Basal Cell Carcinoma.
