Resumen:
The objective of this research is to explore the contributions of a set of approaches and proposals emerged in Argentina under the name of "Pedagogy of Memory" to the field of teacher training. It aims to highlight how this set of perspectives (born as a singular response to the problem of intergenerational transmission of recent violent political experiences), has produced a reflective exercise within the pedagogical field itself that has allowed to resume an interesting dialogue with a discontinuous local tradition of popular education. We present three topics of this dialogue: Situationality; the pedagogical relationship; the "popular / public" tension.
