Resumen:
Background: Most immunological studies on NK cells and T cells have focused onperipheral blood (PB) cells. The present study aimed to investigate the different NK and T cellphenotype obtained from PB, liver wedge biopsies (LWB) and liver perfusion (LP) MNCs from healthydonors (HD).Methods: NK receptors and T cells markers were analyzed by flow cytometry on PBMC´s from HD(N=63), LP collection (N=14) and LWB (N=22).Results: Liver resident NK cells show increased frequencies of NKbright 18.3% Vs 0.8 in PB;(p
