Resumen:
Dairy is one of the most important agricultural activities in Argentina. Crops harvesting are by far the main activity. However, dairy is very important from the employment point of view. In Argentina, 100 hectares dedicated to dairy generates approximately 4 jobs while only one person is necessary every 500 hectares of soybean. This last, together with the fact that dairy stimulates regional economies, make the activity not only important from the economic point of view but also from the social side.
