Shape of black holes

We explore the shape of axisymmetric black holes, both in stationary and dynamical regimes. We find that black hole rotation indeed manifests in the widening of their central regions, limits their global shapes and enforces their whole geometry tobe close to the extreme-Kerr horizon geometry at almost maximal rotational speed.
