The aim of this chapter is to provide an introductory overview of Argentine Constitutional Law. It begins with a concise constitutional history of Argentina, followed by an exploration of its system of government, the organization, and the structure of national authority. The chapter then delves into the constitutional rights in Argentina, examining the interplay between international human rights law and domestic constitutional rights.
