In this chapter, we attempt to give an up-to-date overview of AMF communities in agroecosystems of Argentina. In the first section, we provide a characterization of AMF and their current taxonomic classification considering their functioning. The following sections are focused on our research of the variation of AMF community under different agricultural practices of agroecosystems of Argentina.
