Resumen:
AbstractDetection of antigen is carried out by means of an optical immunosensor that uses laser reflectometry technique. It consists in a silicon wafer with antibody adhered on surface. Measurements were performed in samples containing different concentration of antigen A. This technique is very sensitive, quick and independent of cellular properties.
