A la espera del DOI] ABSTRACT: This work reports the experimental vapour-liquid equilibrium data of ethanol (1) + glycerol (2) and tert-butanol (1) + glycerol (2) systems. Boiling pressures were mesured using a static synthetic method over the temperature range of 423 to 523 K. The experimental data were fitted to the three-parametric Redlich Kowng ? Peng Robinson equation of state (RKPR-EoS) coupled to van der Waals type mixing rules, cubic regarding the composition, and temperature dependence for the interaction energy parameter (CMR-T). Results presented in this work may be relevant in process design of glycerol etherification.
