The aim of this chapter is to study the phenological behaviour and the reproductive traits of different peach and nectarine varieties at the central area of Santa Fe, Argentina. Extreme changes in the phenology of 15 varieties in a nine years period were analyzed taking into account temperature, chilling requirements of the varieties, and the influence of cultural practices such as artificial defoliation and green pruning.
