Resumen:
This paper is concerned with a nonautonomous time-delayed model for the regulation of the hematopoiesiswith an oscillating circulation loss rate. We prove a fixed point theorem in cones to establish some sufficientconditions ensuring the existence of positive almost periodic solutions of the model with almost periodiccoefficients. Moreover, some examples are given to illustrate our theoretical results.
