“La fenomenología del tiempo: de la intencionalidad de acto a la intencionalidad del flujo absoluto

The article focuses on Husserl’s phenomenology of time, as a means to address the concepts of absolute flow of consciousness and its ‘peculiar’ intentionality, namely, the intentionality of the flow. First, as an introduction to the main topic, I briefly analyze the notion of act-intentionality, i.e., the intentionality of acts, as it is presented by Husserl in his Logical Investigations; this will allow to compare and contrasts its conceptual meaning with that of the intentionality of the flow. Second, I introduce some key concepts and issues of the phenomenology of time, which are necessary for the general understanding of the main topic. Third, after presenting the distinction between levels of constitution, I focus on the most basic and fundamental one, namely, the level of the absolute flow, which I describe in detail in order to explain the meaning of this ‘other’ and peculiar intentionality: the intentionality of the flow, also called, stream-intentionality.
