Resumen:
My purpose here is to draw the attention to some passages of Aristophanes Birds in order to explain how practical aspects of Attic law are quoted and used as a fruitful material for dramatic purposes. I will try to underline the importance of legal references to citizenship as a way to understanding the complex literary construction of the play.
