Resumen:
The protocols for measuring drift of agricultural sprays, national and international, establish that the range of the drift must be carried out by collectors arranged in the soil, which absorb the sediment droplets. This measurement, which presents the discrete value at that point, allows an approximation of the distance sedimented outside the treatment area, but does not allow dimensioning the distance that could reach the droplets that are still drifting. In the present work, the processes of evaporation, collision and advance of the tractor are simulated, observing that, even under optimal conditions of application, the sedimented droplets exceed 25 meters of horizontal distance and 40 meters of height.
