Resumen:
Using high-resolution blue and infrared spectra from the William Herschell Telescope, we measure gas and stellar velocity dispersions as well as velocities in several circumnuclear star forming regions in the spiral galaxy NGC,3351, for which previous observations of the near-IR Ca,{sc ii} absortion triplet exist. Moreover, we study the kinematics of the central kiloparsec of the galaxy. We apply the virial theorem to estimate dynamical masses of the clusters, assuming that systems are gravitationally bounded and spherically symetric and using previously measured sizes. These masses are compared to those of ionizing clusters derived from H recombination line measures.
