Resumen:
The presentation summarizes the major political changes introduced by the leadership of President Xi Jinping, and the communicational efforts carried by this leadership in the international scene. From then on, it reviews these events as they were interpreted by the international community. Finally, it posits the implicances of the above-mentioned processes for the dialogue held in the international arena, highlighting potentialities for the communication ot the People´s Republic of China (PRC) political agenda, as well as the major obstacles and challenges standing in the way of the succesful accomplishment of this task.
